A role-playing heavy horror adventure set in the mid-nineteenth century. By Adam Strong-Morse
Description:
Many young Royal Navy officers view an assignment to Malta, headquarters of the Mediterranean Fleet, as very nearly a vacation in paradise. And of course there are the young women (and their chaperones) of the "Fishing Fleet"--women of gentle birth hoping to find a dashing husband. Surely the ancient cyclopean ruins only add to Malta's picturesque beauty.

It is March of 1941. Nazi bombs savage the streets of London, and no night goes by without an air-raid siren. To protect them from this horror, six children are evacuated to the remote Cornish village of Morvah, where the government and their parents believe they will be safe. But darkness lurks even in the peaceful countryside of Britain. This game is intended as a high-roleplaying genre crossover between classic British childrens fantasy (Nesbit, Eager, Lewis, Streatfeild, etc ) and Call of Cthulhu, with the tone of the recent Doctor Who series. While the characters are young teenagers, this is not a light-hearted or comic module; expect horror, insanity, and possible death. No previous knowledge of Cthulhu, WWII, Cornwall, Nesbit, Boy Scouting, or Girl Guiding is necessary, although all will be welcome.
