You have inherited meagre vineyards, with a few plots of land, an old crush pad, a tiny cellar, and three workers. Using workers and visitors, the vineyard owners must expand their vineyards.
Long Description:
"Old-world Italy awaits your winemaking skill and strategic cunning. the players find themselves in the roles of people in rustic, pre-modern Bordeaux who have inherited meagre vineyards. They have a few plots of land, an old crush pad, a tiny cellar, and three workers. Every season is different on a vineyard, so the workers have different tasks they can take care of in the spring, summer, fall, and - and there’s competition over those tasks.
The Bordeaux board expansion to Viticulture offers players a starting boost, 4 full worker placement seasons, a wake-up chart full of benefits, a major new “expert” action that permanently upgrades an action for you, revisions to existing actions, a trade market, face-up vine and wine order cards to choose from when drawing, and end-game conversion of grapes, wine, and coins to victory points."
