Long Description:
The world is 10 minutes into our past, for practical purposes basic technology is circa 2006 before cell phones became ubiquitous. For most people the world is quite ‘normal’ but behind the scenes there are animals with unusual powers, ninjas and secret agencies playing their trade. For everyone this will be a first step in that world. Characters provided or have in mind your own 18ish year old. Powers will be randomly determined at game.
