Residents are succumbing to an unexplained, vile sickness of some kind, but it doesnt seem to affect those who arent residents or the town. You, one of a handful of brave volunteers from the next town over, have come to find the source and the cure to this Void Sickness. Good Strong Hands is a rules-light fantasy RPG that channels the feel of 80s fantasy movies like The Neverending Story and Legend.
