The newly formed Team Icarus, an off-shoot of the powerful Team Daedalus, has just had their opening ceremony in Seattle. However, the event is cut short when they face an impending threat from the deadly Whisper Alliance and their leader, the apocalyptic villain known as Dr. Symantro.
