Here Is My Power Button is an intimate near-future larp about relationships, identity, and power. It features an asymmetrical play experience about humans interacting with artificial intelligence. Participants playing AI will experience learning from the examples of the human with whom they interact. Participants playing humans will workshop a character who has found reason to engage in a focus group for testing a companion AI. This game is thoughtful, introspective, and often emotional. Come with an open mind. Content is likely to include: power in relationships, identity invalidation, emotional dependence, loss and grieving, memory erasure, and sustained one-on-one play. We use larp calibration techniques to ensure consent and communication.

Build dance cards, discover mysteries, negotiate allowances, and slight old rivals. No happy ending ever did come easy. Costuming is strongly encouraged. Dancing will be instructed. Content warnings include period-appropriate sexism, homophobia, and illness; these biases are not tolerated out of game. We will be using larp calibration safety mechanics. They're scary and they're spooky- You will larp as either a member of the Addams' Family or a member of the fiance's family. No canon Addams' will be appearing as player characters.
