This is a great chance for event organizers and GMs who aren't already experts with electronic ticketing (or who just need a reminder) to get a chance to talk to our support team and refresh their understanding and skills. For some of us, it's been a couple years, so it never hurts to double-check. Priority will be given to folks using electronic ticketing for 2022 events, but anyone interested in running their events with electronic tickets in the future is welcome and will be helped as time allows.

Includes a 2022 update to the community on the work Gen Con has undertaken, outlining our goals for fostering a more diverse and inclusive Gen Con, and discuss ways in which you can become involved. Questions can be submitted in advance using the form sent in the message to registered players, or during the Q&A session of the presentation.
