High Tide is a strategic stacking game for two players inspired by mutualistic relationships found in the natural world.
Players take turns moving one tile of their own color or a neutral color. The twist: A tile must stack onto another tile so that it is higher up than it was before. You want to cover your opponent's tiles and have the most uncovered tiles by the end of the round. When a player cannot take a legal move, the round ends.
The first player to win three rounds wins the game. You can read more about this game here https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/430875/high-tide

Jukebox is a GM-less, rules-lite roleplaying game meant for telling Broadway and movie musical inspired stories. In 2024, Jukebox was featured in top game of the year lists by Polygon ("Best Tabletop Roleplaying Games We Played in 2024") and Dicebreaker ("Upcoming RPGs 2024: 14 roleplaying games you should play this year").
You'll start by creating a playlist of thematically linked songs and then create story prompts. By the end of the workshop, you'll create a playset for Jukebox, ready to be published on itch.io.
