Models and terrain will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Legions Imperialis, by Games Workshop, is a tabletop wargame with miniatures set in the Horus Heresy era. The miniatures are in 8mm scale. This means infantry models are a stand of 5 men. Tanks are only an inch or two long and purchased in squadrons. The mighty god-engines are only 5-12 inches tall, making it easy to field one or more of them in these battles. You will see many titans in the game today, alongside entire companies of Space Marines. The game will involve multiple objectives for both sides, spread throughout the battlefield. Basic knowledge of the rules is a plus, but we can provide models for a few players and teach them the rules as we play.
