When playing the game you will try to bring goods into town to sell at the end of the game. In order to bring contraband in, you'll have to bribe or lie your way past the sheriff. If you have legal goods, you want the sheriff to think you have contraband so that he can pay you for making that mistake. Each person gets a chance to play as the sheriff, and the person with the most coin at the end wins!
