Description:
The battle of Roicroi ended in a strange victory for the French. While the Spanish tercios held until the bitter end and marched out under their colors, the Wallons sensibly fled when the French completed a cavalry envelopment of the Spanish lines and rolled up artillery to finish the job.
While most of the other Wallon troops fled north, you and a few ragtag members of your file seek the safety in the town of Roicroi itself, only to find it strangely quiet and possibly abandoned?
