Delta Flight, Canada's most junior super-team is called into a meeting at HQ. There have been a series of high tech thefts committed in the providence of Quebec, all with a similar strange detail which has brought them to Department Hs attention. Given the current atmosphere of troubles between Quebec separatists and Canada loyalists, it has been determined to send the Flight Initiatives least flashy team to investigate.
