Chicago's night is a crossroads of mundane life, dark inhumanity, and brightly-colored lies. Some claim there is a Spectre haunting the darkness, preying on the lonely and abandoned. Recently even the young and bright have started disappearing, then reappearing changed, darker, damaged. Heroes from other cities might try to help, will they work together or add to the chaos? Who can aid the helpless, protect them from the predators, and hope to heal the wounds left? Would you if you could?

It's autumn 1983. Delta Flight, Canada's most junior super-team is investigating a series of high tech thefts in a part of the country going through some cultural discontent Role playing stressed.

The last mission? It's autumn of 1983. Department H has been defunded by Parliament, but they still have one more mission to complete. Delta Flight, Canada's most junior super-team is called into a meeting at HQ. There have been a series of high tech thefts committed in the providence of Quebec, all with a similar strange detail which has brought them to Department Hs attention. Given the current atmosphere of troubles between Quebec separatists and Canada loyalists, it has been determined to send the Flight Initiatives least flashy team to investigate. Its action, adventure, mystery and maybe a little political intrigue on the fringes of the Marvel Universe as Delta takes one final mission while on Ottawas payroll. Role playing highly stressed over game mechanics.
