NASA has been detecting strange energy readings in space near some key satellites. Worse yet, COBRA has also detected the same readings and have decided to investigate and potentially profit off these anomalies to further their own goals. Kidnapping several key scientists from around the world COBRA has launched into space to cause havoc and mayhem. Left with no other options the president has called in G.I. Joe for this crucial mission. The team must infiltrate the COBRA spaceship, save the scientists, and if possible investigate the strange readings coming down from NASA.
