"The stinking cabbage goblins of Creeping Cabbage Swamp have ambushed and killed an adventuring party weakened by an ankheg nest on the edges of their domain. The goblins found three powerful magic items on the bodies of the adventurers - empowering the normally meek cabbage goblins.
The players will take on roles as members of the Grotty Jackknives, an undergoblin adventuring group that specializes in quiet, but important missions for the city of Malacora. After a recent raid by the cabbage goblins resulted in the death of the boss Soot's son, the Jackknives are called upon to execute a raid of the city to steal the magic items and ensure the cabbage goblins bubbling strength is quelled before it boils over."
