Stationed in an eastern seaboard town known for its history of illegal drug smugglingit was raided in 1938 by F.B.I. agents and the U.S. Marine Corpsthe agents have missed two scheduled contact calls. A joint team of F.B.I., D.E.A., and Massachusetts State Trooper detectives are assembled to investigate the situation. Discretion is advised. The governments hope is that the agents are alive and their covers can be maintained. More will be explained at the debriefing with the professors from Miskatonic Universitys Parapsychology Department. No prior knowledge of the rules is necessary. Familiarity with 1970s American muscle cars is beneficial but not required.

An unprecedented wave of newcomers seem to have no problem with his radical sermons... This game is meant for relatively new players hoping to have fun! It is my first time ever running a CoC game, and I am by no means a pro on the rules. I'd love players in the same boat as me. Those with a moderate biblical understanding (especially of the gospels) will likely find this game more fun.

A while back the Chaosium demo games were scheduled for two hours and demand caused an increase to four hours. Now with more new players Cthulhu curious it seems the time to bring back the two-hour demo. Look for the PCs in one-act plays with mysterious settings and NPCs with dubious motives all set in Arkham, Massachusetts, the home of Lovecraft country. Great for 5e players looking to try a different game!
