From what I understand, he is instrumental in the completion of Starfleet's, “great experiment”. Normally, I'd consider this an easy assignment, but with the recent disappearance of the Horizon, Starfleet believes that hostile activity maybe escalating in this area... I only hope my crew is up to the challenge.”
