Big Game Night is a fun-filled event built around learning new games, meeting people, and getting early access to what’s coming from AEG. Attendees are seated in groups and guided by GMs who will teach each game before play begins. You’ll rotate through four new titles, playing with friends or making new ones! Honeypot is an "I stack, you choose" game where players push their luck as bear spies looking for the best intel and supplies! Assemble! is a fast-paced hero-recruiting card game focused on drafting, offering, and building clever lineups that score in surprising ways. Word Wipe is a speedy and replayable word game that rewards sharp thinking, creativity, and quick turns. JumbleJack is a high-energy, hidden identity deduction party game wrapped in a cursed pirate ritual. BGN is welcoming, energetic, and fun, and every attendee will receive copies of these upcoming AEG releases.
What brought American colonists from being loyal British subjects to revolution in 10 years? Role play events leading to Revolution from their perspective. Geopolitical-military RPG by NSDMG staff.
Description:
Historical, fast-paced, crisis-oriented version of the NSDM geopolitical-military-economic RPG. As we observe the 250th anniversary of key events in the American Revolution, it is a good time to reflect on the personalities, agendas, events and energies that drove decisions. From the end of the French and Indian War to the first battles of the American revolution, what brought the colonists from being mostly-loyal British subjects to armed revolt in only ten years? Role play the events leading to the American Revolution from the perspective of key figures. Experience the decisions, the diplomacy, the tensions, the frustrations; and there will be unintended consequences and the occasional unexpected, counterfactual-but-plausible event. A game variant presented by the National Security Decision Making (NSDM) Game staff, intended to entertain while hopefully teaching something.
