Participants will walk through incorporating a game into part of a lesson/unit on developing different soft skills. See how RPG mechanics are used to explore decision making in life, through students creating their characters and rolling (literally) with challenges they are likely to experience in the “real world.” Hear about the challenges and successes in the implementation and be advised about things to consider when starting to use games to develop soft skills.
