A security guard has been found dead in Stone Mountain Park. He apparently burned to death, but there are no signs of a fire around him, or any other evidence that a fire had occurred. His clothing was still intact. The local media is abuzz with talk of "Spontaneous Human Combustion," but the Park just wants it dismissed as a tragic accident so they can focus on the "New Dawn Festival" currently underway at the park. Don't want visitors to be scared off, after all. "Spontaneous Human Combustion" is obviously on Delta Green's radar. And no one seems to have a good explanation as to what is going on. So, a group of Agents have been activated and sent to investigate what lurks within the "Heart of Stone."

The problems seemed to be coming from a substation off Franklin Street, but the crews sent in to investigate didn't report back. Then, multiple accidents were reported on Franklin Street, but the response teams sent in to investigate didn't report back. Now, you are being sent in. Something is going on. Something Unnatural. But... can you succeed where multiple others have failed, or will you just be the next people to succumb to the siren strains of The Lullaby?
A family vanished in the middle of the night. Two hikers are reported missing. And they aren't the only ones. Is something happening in the Chatokee Wilderness, or is it just "The Wind in the Pines"?

Multiple people have vanished in the north Georgia mountains in the Chatokee Wilderness Area, all in the general vicinity of the new "Chatokee Village" construction site. Designed as a new mountain resort/vacation home/gated community, "Chatokee Village" was approved by the state of Georgia last year, selling off a part of the Chatokee Wilderness Area to a private consortium. The area used to belong to the Chatokee Native American tribe, who are not happy that their ancestral land is being given away without being offered to them first. And environmental groups are angry about allowing a major development in what had been a pristine wilderness area. But that has fallen into the background as multiple people in the area have gone missing. Far more than anyone can explain. It may be a coincidence. Or, there may be something else going on beyond the sound of The Wind in the Pines.

A week ago, everyone within a few miles of the small, southern-Georgia town of Templemont passed out simultaneously. There were wrecks, accidents, and other problems. Even some injuries and a few deaths. First responders had no idea what was going on. Working Group "Naga" was sent in, and they reported that they had "identified and terminated the vector," then went off the grid. The Working Group "Ouroboros" was activated and sent in after The Program found Naga's report...lacking. The members of Ouroboros reported back to their home agencies that everything was fine.
