Then all of a sudden a new competing paranormal investigation company opens up shop (GhostX). They seem to be generally more reliable and better equipped than you, and their building doesnt smell of sweat and kung pao chicken. They also have an unfortunate tendency to show up on the scene just before you, so that youll walk into a job only to find that theyre walking out, captured ghost in hand.

Your character, AKA you, have things that you need to get done because you are a busy adult with responsibilities. In this game, your goal is to accomplish your task, however, each time you fail, it becomes more difficult to take even the most mundane of actions as your "HP" is measured by how many sticks of bubblegum you possess. With each stick you lose, your character gets better at doing kick-ass things, and worse at doing normal things. So you better start thinking of wild and cinematic ways to remind yourself its trash day tomorrow, because your character came here to kick-ass and chew bubblegum, but you're all outta bubblegum.
