Representatives of House Quaesitoris were sent to Paris on a diplomatic mission. A simple errand becomes a matter of life-and-death when they discover that one of the House Leaders of the Hermetic Order has betrayed the Code, made an alliance with the King of France, and plans to destroy the Hermetic Order. The group of emissaries must battle their way home to give warning of the approaching doom.
