Rome is split into three empires: The Gallic Empire (Gaul, Britannia, Hispania); The Palmyrene Empire (eastern provinces of Syria, Palestina and Aegyptus); The Roman Empire proper (Italian-centered lands between them). The Romano-British population has increased and is mostly at ease with Roman customs in the cities. With Rome split into three empires, this may be an ideal time for the native British tribes to take back their island.
