Strangers gather at a bar in defiance of a curfew imposed on the city. Each has their own reasons for attending, but will soon realize there is a bigger picture - and every one holds a piece.

In a game based on the noir vibes of World of Darkness, each player will choose a role that is linked in a network of other relationships. Everyone has both a unique goal and prop for their character that brings them to the bar this evening. Many of these goals overlap, and something more sinister may be affecting the city's streets. But have no fear, everyone is safe inside the Holdover... for now.
