Four pirate captains will face off against a lone Spanish galleon desperately defended by her crew and marines. Pirate players must bring a 200pt Pirate force using The Flying Gang, Blackbeard's Men, Golden Age Pirates, or Caesar's Men lists from the Raise the Black supplement. Pirate players must supply the ship and all miniatures. Please email us at [email protected] with the details of your list or a link to your force builder entry. We WILL be providing the ship and forces for the Spanish galleon, however the role of the defenders will be awarded to the first two players who email us requesting to play the defenders. Chicago Bootleggers: The Great Whiskey Raid of 1932
Summary:
Freight trains often were stowed with whiskey to supply the thirsty American citizens. It would be a quite a shame if all this whiskey would go to waste.
Description:
Cantilever Bridge was a popular location on the border to smuggle in whiskey mostly due to the remoteness and the fact that the local enforcement did not care about alcohol crossing the border. However, one fateful day with the help of a tip led to customs stopping the train and identifying the contraband. Being ill prepared, the local enforcement had no means to transport the barrels to be confiscated. This allowed the rum runners one night to sneak in and try to secure as many of the 80 barrels as possible. Will the law or vice prevail? Players will control groups of characters ranging from moonshiners, bootleggers, police and the FBI. Shoot, run over, or blow up your enemies, the game's limits are your imagination.

Imperial Japan hoped to draw the US Pacific Naval Fleet into a final confrontation by a surprise attack on Midway US island base (Operation MI). On 4 June 1942 07:45 Japan attacks the Midway US base on Eastern Island hoping to damage the three runway airstrips, destroy aircraft while still on the ground, seaplane hangar, and cripple air support facilities. If successful, the supply lines between the United States and Australia could be severed, thereby crippling the Allied war effort and opening the southwest Pacific to conquest. Get your planes off the ground to defend the base and deny Japan from capturing the airbase which supports the US capacity to wage war on the Pacific. Or, will you smash the capitalist dogs and bring glory to the Emperor, Japan, and your ancestors.
