Description:
Materials and guidance provided. Cartographers, an award-winning release by Thunderworks Games, is both beginner-friendly and suitable for die-hard strategists. The GM will guide gameplay as needed and explain the rules at the start of the event, but feel free to check out tutorials and more info on Thunderworks’ Cartographers web page (linked). You’ll be provided with a dry-erase map grid template and colored markers, but if you'd prefer to bring your own printed Cartographers map and utensils you're welcome to do so (printables available on aforementioned web page). As the game progresses, you'll draw your map using shapes and terrain types based on the cards drawn. We’ll be playing the base game, but there are several expansion packs if you end up liking it!
