A 1M GC, three-game Blood Bowl tournament using the current BB2020 rules. We will be using Swiss pairing and it will be a resurrection-style (i.e. you do not earn SPP but rosters reset every game). Please bring your Team (non GW minis are acceptable), dice, and a pitch if you have it (we have some, but not enough for the whole tournament). With nothing but a single Rat Ogre to their name, each coach will compete in this whimsical tournament to crown our 2023 Rogre Bowl National Champion.

This is a lighthearted event inspired by the Rat Ogre Bowl variant rules posted on The NAF. We will be playing using the base mechanics of Blood Bowl 2020 Edition. Each coach will have a single Rat Ogre on their team. They will compete in three preliminary rounds, each with a different gimmick, in order to determine who will advance to the final round of the tournament that will ultimately determine the champion. Each round will be roughly 40 minutes (20 minutes for the Championship Round), and participants can choose to drop out after each round if necessary. Each team has 1,200,000 gold to buy players, staff, apothecary, fan factor, bribes, rerolls, and Star Players. Team must be 11 players before buying star player. Any gold left over after all purchases is lost. SIX printed out versions of list needed, all lists emailed to organizer gets bonus if received by July 28. All current teams are allowed. Each team gets 200,000 gold to be spent on SKILL upgrades for players (not Star Players!). Normal skills cost 20,000 each and double skills cost 30,000. 2 skills purchased per player limit, no limit on number of skill bought. What counts for casualty for tournament will be what normally gets SPPs (blocks only), not fouls or push outs. Piling on will be BB2016 rules. Illegal procedures will not be called. Bring all materials with you, only GW dice but share if needed. Prizes available; 2 hr 15 min rounds. No over time.
