Create your very own scarf marionette & learn how to bring it to life. You will learn to make your marionette walk, dance & fly!

Long Description:

Create your own scarf marionette using a square of fabric, five balls, and a few well placed strings. Learn basic movements like walking, dancing, and flying and learn how to link the movements together in a sequence. Participants will have time to explore the different movements of the puppet under guidance from the instructor, Christine Dempsey, and share their discoveries with the group in a marionette dance party. No sewing experience is required, but being able to thread a needle is a plus!
