In this intermediate flexibility class, we will work on hip flexibility towards splits, as well as back mobility so you can crawl out of the room backwards like a boss! We will explore safe techniques to warm up muscles, and then stretch them in ways they may have never been stretched before. We will also discuss injury prevention and ways to add these exercises in to your daily life.
