There have been several deaths in the city recently, which by their nature threaten the Masquerade. The victims are drained of their blood, but eyewitnesses describe a pack of feral, ravenous creatures, human only in shape. The Prince has called a Blood Hunt on these predators, but bodies are piling up and the Media is working the city into frenzy despite Vampire influence.
