Description:
This is the second in a series of "campaign-style" adventures for the Dark Ages Campaign Setting, a fantasy world inspired by the historical world of 8th-century Britain. There will be new character classes, new spells, and some (minor) modifications to the 1st edition rules.
As the name implies, Dark Ages is a world populated by mead halls, barbarian chieftains, elf-haunted forests, goblin-infested mines, lonely bogs, stony barrows, and more. The ruins of a more civilized imperial age can be found next to unthinkably ancient stone circles and forgotten cairns.
Players whose characters have survived The Raiders of Caer Carrog will be given the option of importing that character into this adventure, along with all the treasure the character has amassed. Otherwise, pregenerated 2nd-level characters will be provided.
