Skullduggery is afoot in Blood Bay! A new faction calling itself the Brotherhood of the Hydra has come to power upsetting the delicate balance of the most notorious pirate haven in the Hollow World. Time & time again, the apparent head of the new faction has met a grisly end, but like its mythological namesake, severing one head seems to only produce another.
